And there I am trying to convince everyone that my love of all things female vocal-wise (in French +, throw in a jangly guitar ++)… *** sighs *** This does nothing for my street cred (my hormones – that’s another matter :)).

Good shout for the clip from My Taratata. This, along with the BC’s Later with Jools Holland are the standard to which all popular music programmes should aspire!

It’s a shame that the post-AOL Huffington Post has been struggling to justify it’s existence and Mme Furrier’s lame stereotyping does nothing to change my opinion.

I have an idea how that lingerie girl will look in 20 years 😉
As for Bébé: Ever listened to “Ecoute le temps”?

The dissing of the French in the dismissal was indeed insulting, although even going through your blog we know that certain French (European) singers have little or no singing talent (Brigitte Bardot anyone?) and rely solely on their looks.
