New kid on the block. Like!

Great find by longtime FS-friend Frans Stoele, this breezy track by Carla Chanelle (Charlotte Béland). From an even breezier EP, just released. I must say, with a pseudonym like ‘Carla Chanelle’ you might expect a pastiche or even parody, but the songs are really sunny and sweet.

Not for the faint-hearted. Comes with a trigger warning.

I’m defenseless against this kind of sugary synthpop. Sue me.

Gorgeous duet. Plus a video that looks like it was directed by Richard Kelly (Donnie Darko).
