Thanks, Maks. Sounds like German can really be the sound of cool. I studied linguistics, by the way 😉

And yeah, when you’re trying to act like an eloquent guy, it’s wise to drop words like ‘salonfĂ€hig’, ‘Leitmotiv’, ‘angehaucht’ or ‘Aha-Erlebnis’ for instance so every now and then 😉

nice to hear her again. didn’t like his voice though.

she can’t really beat her francis lai track ’emmanuelle’ – her voice is perfect on it.

Hey Maks, have you got a good track by the Kecks for me? And is “salonfĂ€hig” a common expression in Dutch?

  6. Maks

Now that really IS something! The Kecks were my Dutch favourites back then too. Way before singing rockmusic in Dutch became salonfÀhig, they already did a great job.
Hope I can make to Eindhoven next year. And hopefully there’s more than just one song by Kristel and de Leeuw!
